READ ABOUT MY UPCOMING PROJECT 'THE PROGRAM' AND FIND OUT HOW YOU CAN DONATE TO THE CAUSE

For many years I glorified my rockstar life, which included copious amounts of drugs, alcohol and excess. In 2018, I was diagnosed with heart disease which sent me into a spiral of mental health struggles and intensified my alcohol and drug use, until it almost killed me three times.

In 2023, at the age of 39, I decided to get clean. I went to rehab and have maintained my sobriety for over a year, documenting my journey through music.

I’m not alone though. There’s an alarming number of people that struggle with alcohol and drug use. Through strength, community and a willingness to live life clean, others can find recovery as well.

'The Program' is a groundbreaking album of my journey through sobriety and addiction recovery, with each song representing a step in my process.

My music career has brought with it, the thrills of rock stardom, at times taking me to the highest of highs. Through broken relationships, deaths and a pandemic that only brought my addiction to its peak and facing a cogestive heart failure diagnosis - I fell hard. After deciding to take a serious look at my life and making the choice to get help - I got up. And with an entirely new outlook on life. Partner with me, alongside Black Mens Wellness to promote this inspiring work, as it offers experience, strength and hope to millions facing similar challenges.
